Turner Swim Plus app for improved swimming training
The Turner Swim Plus App boosts your swimming training in between lessons. Our swim coach app is perfect for those looking to improve their swimming or training towards triathlons.
You can watch recap videos focused on improving technique and then print out practice swim sets to stick on your water bottle and take poolside. Completing the workouts will also help enhance your fitness in the water. Record your progress on the Turner Swim Plus Strava Club and then discuss them face-to-face with your coach at your next lesson.

How do I sign up?
Click here and enter the domain name ‘turnerswimplus’. Next, you need to create a username and password.
You’ll then receive an email, click verify, and you’ll be taken to the home page where you will need to select ‘get your first course’ before selecting all of our courses.
Then download the app by logging into the app store and selecting the “TalentLMS” app. Enter the domain name ‘turnerswimplus’ and the username and password you created earlier.
How it works
The site is progressive, in that it remembers who you are and how far you have got. So while you can always re-do a session, it will not let you progress until you have done sessions in order. Everyone starts at level 1. That way you can build on your learning, and we are not suggesting you do something that we have not shown you how to do.
Once you have completed your set, click ‘finished’ on the app, record your results on Strava and you can discuss them with your instructor at your next face-to-face lesson.
There are three difficulty levels covering swimming strokes and styles, endurance and stretching.
Level One – Swimmers who swim 100 meters front crawl in more than 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Level Two – Swimmers who swim 100 meters front crawl between 2 minutes and 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Level Three – Swimmers who swim 100 meters front crawl between 1 minute 30 seconds and 1 minute 59 seconds.
Unfortunately the app is not suitable for first-timers and requires you to be able to swim at least 50 metres in one go without stopping.
