If you are a fully qualified Level 2 swimming instructor that would like the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills whilst being properly paid, we would like to talk with you. Turner Swim provides one-to-one adult swimming lessons in luxury hotels.
Our clients have actively chosen us and so the whole experience is a far cry from working in a leisure centre with groups of children. We help inspire thousands of adults each year into enjoying their swimming. About half of our clients are overcoming water phobia or learning to swim. The other half are converting their head up breaststroke into front crawl, or we are helping them advance their technique, with many then becoming triathletes and open water swimmers. We have well designed lesson plans and we have 15 different programmes for clients to start on.
Our level 2 swimming instructors
Many of our team are former competitive swimmers at club, county, national and even international level. But whatever level our coaches have swum at in the past, they all share a passion; teaching, coaching and inspiring others.
Our instructors are employees with payslips, pensions, extensive fully paid in-house training and we have a company annual bonus scheme too. We make sure the best swimming instructors are well rewarded.
